TIL: Plan more Slack!
“Slack” ist die Regelung, dass Zeit eingeplant ist, die nicht für Stories verwendet werden muss.
🍞 Fünf-Minuten-Brot
* 500 g (Dinkel(vollkorn))Mehl
* 500 ml lauwarmes Wasser
* 1 Würfel Frischhefe
* 2 EL Essig
* 2 TL Salz
* 150 g Körner (z. B.: Sonnenblumenkörner, Leinsamen, Sesam, Mohn, Chiasamen, …)
Wasser, Hefe und Essig verrühren. Dann mit allem anderen zusammen mixen. Der Teig ist dann recht weich/nass, das gehört so.
